The Growing With Gratitude Program aims to help teachers, students and families easily develop the habits of gratitude, kindness and mindfulness that have been identified as the stepping stones to greater happiness and success.
Teaching children these skills as early as possible in their journey helps them develop greater resilience, builds their emotional and physical wellbeing, and promotes positive thoughts and habits.
The VIA Survey is a psychometrically validated personality test that measures an individual’s character strengths. Character strengths are viewed as our positive personality in that they are our core capacities for thinking, feeling, and behaving in ways that can bring benefit to us and others. https://www. viacharacter.org/survey/ account/register The survey will provide the individual with a free Character Strengths Profile.
Smiling Mind exists to help build individual mental health and wellbeing through positive, pre-emptive tools based on mindfulness meditation. Co-developed with psychologists and health professionals.
We have some of the nationʼs most experienced Play Therapists and offer programs which can help children who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or psychological difficulties and those impacted by bullying, divorce, transitions, accidents, domestic violence, assault, grief and loss.
The ‘Peaceful Kids’ program is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children from Prep through to Year 12. This program helps children to build their emotional resilience so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them. The Peaceful Kids program can be run in schools, organisations, hospitals and in private practice by teachers, wellbeing leaders, counsellors, psychologists, school nurses, chaplains, social workers and wellbeing practitioners.

I have training/experience in a variety of different therapeutic approaches: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT), Narrative Therapy , Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology practices.
